Before you write the proposal.
Do you only organize NAAC-linked seminars, or also FDPs and conferences?+
All of them, under the same process — national and international seminars, research-methodology workshops, FDPs, conferences, symposiums, career-guidance seminars and STEM camps or exhibitions. The NAAC-alignment step is included by default; it's simply skipped if your event doesn't need it.
How far ahead should we start planning?+
Six to eight weeks gives comfortable room for IQAC approval, speaker confirmation and brochure circulation. Shorter timelines are workable for smaller in-house events — talk to us before you lock a date.
Can you run a hybrid or fully online event?+
Yes — streaming, breakout Q&A and e-certification are standard for hybrid and online formats, same as the physical-track experience.
What exactly is in the "NAAC documentation pack"?+
The IQAC approval format, attendance sheets, feedback forms and analysis, photographic and media evidence, and the final seminar report — assembled and cross-referenced to the criterion your event supports.
How is the final budget decided?+
The planner above gives you an indicative figure to open the conversation. The firm number depends on venue, speaker travel and any institutional arrangement already in place, and is confirmed after a short scoping call.
Can papers from the event be published afterward?+
Yes, through CHRD Publication in our network — proceedings with ISBN, or a pathway toward a UGC-CARE / indexed journal for stronger submissions.
